The Story
A doodler in high school turned Marine and law enforcement officer decided to double click into his natural talent and artistic passions to create a marketing and advertising company known for its vehicle wraps in North Houston, Texas.
Disciplined, hardworking and determined, John has built The Wrap Stars from the ground up, constantly evolving and expanding into a one stop shop for any business’s marketing and branding needs. Beyond vehicle wraps, they specialize in graphics, banners, signs (acrylic, yard and LED), logos, business cards, promotional material (think shirts, mugs and hats) and much more.
During my time in the shop I saw a variety of customers coming in and out. Campaigners worked on promo materials for upcoming elections. Tradespeople established their business’s brand by meticulously crafting the design of their newest truck. It is not just a logo and phone number slapped onto the side of a truck. It begins with a free design forged from decades of experience, with every detail and placement thought out so your vehicle works for you when you are out there. If you just want a vehicle wrapped for personal reasons, they do that too. Then it is time for The Wrap Stars team to apply the wrap, with the experience and skill to make sure the blueprint matches reality.
The work starts before anyone reaches the front door. One visitor told me the wrapped vehicles parked out front are what got him through the door, and it is easy to see why. The lot doubles as a showroom, with finished work sitting in plain view.

What They Do Best
Vehicle wraps
Full and partial wraps for work trucks, vans, fleets and personal cars. Pricing runs $15 to $25 per square foot, and the design is free.
Signs and banners

Who It's For

Do you design for free?
Yes. The free design comes with vehicle wrap work and is how most projects start.
What type of vehicles do you wrap?
Anything that can be wrapped: cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, boats and planes. Bring it down and they will wrap it up.
How are you so fast with your designs and wraps?
Nearly 30 years of experience. John says the shop tries to hit three things every time: price, speed and quality.
